Lub d Koh Samui Chaweng Beach ★★★★

if you’re looking to make friends and party this is the ideal spot! i was a little apprehensive staying here as i like to chill as well as have fun, but the bedrooms are far away from the pool party area so it was no problem. for a hostel, this place is luxurious with a pool, bar and fire shows as well as whole host of activities on offer. the dorms were well maintained with everything you need to enjoy your privacy while sharing space. lockers are huge so you have your own little wardrobe area. the shared bathrooms are very regularly cleaned and well maintained! location is not the nicest area of koh samui but it’s right on the beach and walkable to many bars and restaurants so ideal if you don’t have a scooter and mainly just want to socialise and go out. i booked two trips via the tourist office just outside the hostel and they were extremely friendly and helpful. all in all had a great time staying here and got a lot out of my 3 day trip!

blankets provided were not very warm, more of a towel and the air con is really cold in the bedrooms. slight lack of private areas to change in the dorms/bathrooms

This hostel is amazing! It has two pools and a beach view. There’s a lot of social activities that you can be apart of and the staff that run them are fab. It is a very central location but not that loud at night. The rooms very comfy and everything was clean.

It was fairly expensive but it’d still say it was worth the price :)

Vibe,location,people,management,surroundings all are superb favourable for bachelors to stay and pass the time

The receptionist staff are rude. Room service, they pick and choose when and what they want to cook. unorganised as the rooms we booked had people in them.

We had a private room which was great and clean with AC. Location is good and close to the airport. There are two great pools. We loved the breakfast.

In the morning there is no beach spot as the see level is high.

The pool area is a great place to socialise and meet new people, so would greatly recommend if visiting Koh Samui alone! There is also a nice menu available with a mix of Thai and western food. The place is right on the water although accessing the beach is not the easiest when there is high tide. The room was extremely clean.

I literally was happy with all, I didn't had any expectations, but yu definitely impressed me! So happy and the staff and cleaners are just tops! Thanks for an awesome stay!

Location was excellent near plenty of bars and restaurants. Room was nice, modern, and comfortable with a good-sized TV. Vibe of resort was cool. Pool/bar/restaurant area was nice and pretty busy despite the pandemic. Breakfast was good. Staff were really friendly and helpful when I was having an issue with a trip I’d booked (not through them, with a different company). Would 100% recommend!

Included breakfast was really good but we also went to the restaurant for lunch and the menu was a bit limited.

It's super clean and the share bathroom is quite nice. Nothing to complain about how comfortable the bed is. The room temperature is perfect.

It can get a bit hot in the shared bathroom. They do have fans in there, but it can get a bit too hot in the afternoons.

Clean, and beach front views were amazing. Loved the bar and the restaurant.
